We partnered with Novus Black to package their entire operation into a neat solution that fits right in your back pocket - a cutting-edge app.
Prioritising client needs
A key metric for this project was ensuring consistent app usage. To reduce friction for Novus Black clients, we developed a Face ID solution which drastically reduces time taken to log in, while also securing funds from bad actors who may try to gain sign-in information. We crafted custom push notifications in order to keep users engaged and up to date with their finances.

Maxing out performance
Since we knew this product would be used on the go, we took care to optimise every page of the app. As a result, the entire app loads in 0.4 seconds on a 4g network.
Post launch support
To prioritise the satisfaction of the app’s users, Novus Black requested ongoing support once the app was launched. By opting for our support package the app received on-demand bug fixes, changes and new feature development, creating a base of very satisfied users.
